Who's actually doing the work?
A named senior designer from our Hampshire studio. Same person for the duration of your booking. UK-based, 10+ years agency experience minimum. You’ll know who’s assigned before we start.
Can your Figma files be used by developers or AI-assisted coding tools?
Yes. Our designers understand development, so we structure Figma files with build handoff in mind. Where relevant: clean naming, reusable components, responsive layout thinking, and clear section hierarchy — so your developers, Webflow builders, React team or AI-assisted coding workflow can interpret the design with less ambiguity.
How is this different from a senior freelancer at the same day rate?
A freelancer gives you their work. We give you our work — reviewed by a creative director, sense-checked by a project manager, and peer-reviewed by the wider team before it leaves the building. Same designer time. Four senior people contributing.
What if the designer misreads the brief?
Our project manager flags interpretation risk at the start of the day, not the end. If anything drifts, the team catches it in director review before you see it. If we genuinely miss the mark on the first day, we’ll redo it or refund — your call.
